Digital Products — No Returns Policy
All products sold at Bo's Arcade are digital goods (including but not limited to game keys, Steam keys, and digital accounts). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital keys and account credentials are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
- Once a key or account has been revealed or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- You waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content that has been made available to you.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund or replacement if:
- The key or account delivered is invalid or non-functional, and you notify us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
